Text: There is no text to buy, Don Allen's "Lectures in Linear Algebra" is the primary text, it is available on line

Course Content: Review of linear algebra; spectral theory in inner product spaces; decomposition theorems; duality theory and multilinear algebra; tensor products; applications.

Prerequisites: Math 304 or equivalent

Homeworks are to be received by the due date, preferably via FAX (979-862-4190), but e-mail (PDF or PS file to sewell@math.tamu.edu) is also acceptable. Do not send by regular mail; overnight courier service is ok. If you create your HW in MS Word, you should use the Word to PDF converter (free) at www.pdf995.com/download.html
