		Ch. 5	Intro to Graphs		5.1-5
		Ch. 4	Analysis of Algorithms	4.1-2
		Ch. 6	Graph Algorithms	6.1-3
		Ch. 10	Networks		10.1, 10.3
		Ch. 8 	Recurrence relations	8.1-3
		[approximately two sections per week]

Grades:	Homework (12%)  Weekly assignments from the textbook, covering
		the previous week's material, will be due on Wednesdays, 
		at the *beginning* of class. If you cannot make it to 
		class, have someone slip it under my office door
		*before the end of class*--NO LATE HOMEWORKS!! 
		The lowest homework score will be dropped. 
		*Collaboration* is allowed (encouraged, even), 
		but write up your solutions by yourself.
		There will also be suggested homework that you do not
		need to turn in.
	Tests (12% each)  
		Each test will take place a full week after the
		material for that test is covered.

		Chs. 4,6,10	Fri 30 Apr. (Algorithms)
		NO MAKE-UP TESTS  (except in EXTRAORDINARY circumstances
				   and with advance notice).
	Final (40%) cumulative--Mon 10 May, 1:00-3:45pm

Each test (including the final exam) will be curved to a 90-80-70-60
scale, with the curve announced when the test is handed back to you.
