We have blocked off 25 rooms at the
Hilton Garden Inn,
111 W. University Avenue, El Paso, TX, (915)351-2121 (at the intersection of University and Oregon).
This is right next to campus,
a 5 minute walk to the conference building.
The conference rate is $85.00/night+tax, either
single or double, and is only valid April 17--21.
If you would like to reserve a room at this special rate, please contact the hotel directly, and mention group code CBINA, by March 27. You can also use the group code online: From the hotel's webpage, enter your dates on the right side of the page under "Check availability". When you get to the next page ("Select Your Reservation Details"), put the group code CBINA in the field "Group/Convention Code" in the section marked "Special Accounts" near the bottom of the page. The usual cancellation policy applies: If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, you will owe a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room and tax.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to/from the airport (from 6am-10:30pm),
