All conference participants are requested to register. This form should also be used to request support and to submit an abstract for the contributed talks.

Please list any additional information we should consider regarding support. If you travel by air, please indicate the estimated amount of the airfare. The decision will be made shortly after March 18, 2008.

Lodging

We have blocked off 25 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, at the conference rate of $85.00/night + tax (single or double). The hotel is now asking that, if you would like to make a reservation at that special rate, you make the reservation directly with them by March 27. Contributed Talks

There will be sessions of contributed talks on Saturday afternoon. Each contributed talk will last 20 minutes. If you would like to present a talk, please fill in the information below.
