Grades

• 20% based on 12 quizzes
  • each quiz will consist of one or more homework problems
  • since you will not have access to the "DE Tools" software during the quizzes, problems requiring this software will be appropriately modified.
  • no make-up quizzes, even for excused absences. However, I will throw out your three lowest quiz grades.
• 20% based on Test I
  • make-up tests will be given only for excused absences
  • make-up tests will be different from scheduled tests
  • during a test, you cannot leave the room and return
  • only scientific calculators on quizzes and tests
• 20% based on Test II
• 20% based on Test III
• 20% based on Final
